Vivo iQOO Neo 3 5G is officially announced in the month of April 2020. The dimension of the smartphone is 163.71 × 75.55 × 8.93 mm and weighs 198.1 grams. The display size is 6.57 inches and the screen type is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that has 402 PPI density along with HDR10 and 144Hz refresh rate.

The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 Octa-core processor.
